Sorry we do not offer free trials.  To test drive our service activation fees apply.  You have 15 days to test the service. If you cancel before 15 days you receive partial application and setups fees back.  Please review our terms and conditions are your billing statement.

What is the minimum download speed required?

30 Mbps will work, but 100 Mbps is the recommended download speed for the best results.  Are platform provided high intensity best in class 1080 HD streams.

Will AVEXA TV work anywhere in the world?

AVEXA TV can work anywhere in the world with an active internet connection. We are not responsible for countries that have content restrictions.  Also please note internet speeds very from country to the next. Also for handheld devices cell carrier data connections can impact your viewing experience.

How can I renew my subscription?

How to get support if I experience errors?

How can i add more devices to my plan?

You can add more device to you subscription plan at anytime. There is a $10 per month fee for each new device. Contact us via live chat in order to add more devices to your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply call our customer service team and request that you service be cancelled.

Canceling a test drive?

If you call to cancel a test drive within 15 days you will be refunded partial activation and setup fees.  If you call to cancel a test drive after 15 days there will be no activation and setups fees refunded.

How do I download the AVEXA TV APK and applications after purchase?

Once you subscribe to AVEXA TV you will be guided to the MY ACCOUNT section where you can download our APK’s, view instructional videos, and manage your account.

Can I use a VPN?

No VPN, it is not necessary for using AVEXA TV. A VPN can cause issues with playback of AVEXA TV applications.

What to do if I experience buffering?

Buffering will occur for many reasons.  Please contact our technical support teams via Live Chat or Email ([email protected]) for assistance and direction. 90 percent of the times its caused by internet related issues. Restart of your cable modem and streaming device is required any recommended every 15-30 days.

Here are some quick fixes:

  • If you are using a Set Top Box plug directly into Ethernet connection
  • Turn off any VPN
  • Try the refresh channels feature

Check your Wifi connection:

  • WiFi speed of 5G recommend

Check Your Hardware

  • 3GB RAM or better is recommended
  • 32 GB ROM is recommended
